Jesse Castellon

Hospital Services and Professional Education Specialist

Jesse Castellon started her career in healthcare working at local hospitals where she improved operational processes and managed patient concerns. In her former position as Manager of Patient Relations & Voice of the Customer at Novant Health/UVA Health System Prince William & Haymarket Medical Centers, she was responsible for managing patient and family care concerns and inquiries by implementing process improvement strategies, coordinating and leading hospital-wide events focused on training, coaching and career development. Her passion for relationship-building and organizational improvement brought her to WRTC as a Hospital Services and Professional Education Specialist. She will be partnering with our area hospitals to optimize the donation processes to benefit the community. She holds a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from George Mason University.
